Aloha and Welcome to Today's WOW Technology Minute
Let's switch focus for one minute and think about the company we keep.
Do today's companies promote the idea that their leaders eventually depart and pursue greater goals in life?
Once you've lead and revived Apple to new heights, once you've created postscript or networking and connected a gazillion computers together, how do you go even farther? What's next after creating something like the internet? Do you aspire to play in a bigger arena or simply become another technology post in wikipedia?
Has the focus on something bigger helped Bill Gates and Microsoft? Is this what inspired the Rockefellers? Is Microsoft just a prelude to the possibilities presented by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
So think again, what you expect from your own company founders and executives and do they have greater goals or aspirations, should they become successful in business?
From Aloha Workshops on the Big Island of Hawaii, this is Brent Norris for The World Organization of Webmasters and The WOW Technology Minute.
